To do this click the Plus button to add a source and then select Window Capture. Next, move to sources to add the Studio One window for your livestream. You can name this scene and save it for future use. First, open OBS and create a new scene by clicking the Plus button in the bottom left corner. The next step is to set up the device in OBS Studios.
To select Mix A as your output stream, first click on Stream Mix to activate it and then click on Mix A and turn up one or both of the faders to set the level for your system playback and Studio One audio. With this setup, you can now control your general system audio on your playback fader and your audio from Studio One on the Virtual A Fader in Universal Control. This can be controlled using the Virtual A fader in Universal Control. This will send all audio from Studio One to the Virtual Output A. Next, go to your master channel and Select Virtual Output A as your output in Studio One. To do this, navigate to the menu bar at the top left of the screen and click Song -> Song Setup -> Audio I/OĬlick on Outputs and then click Add Stereo to add a stereo output for the three Output Streams (Playback, Virtual Output A, Virtual Output B). You may need to configure your Audio I/O within Studio One. Once your device has been setup, open the song you wish to use as part of your live stream. Your revelator will now appear as your audio device on the Start page. Click the drop down menu and select Revelator. On the Start page, click Configure Audio Device. This will route all system audio to the playback stream which can be controlled using the playback fader in Universal Control. To route general system audio (iTunes, Spotify, YouTube) click on the speaker icon in the bottom right of the screen and select Playback L/R (Revelator IO 24) as your audio device. The first two channels are the main In/Out on the interface while streams 3/4 and 5/6 are the virtual streams. On Windows, the Revelator IO 24 acts as a 6 In/6 Out audio interface. The same steps will also apply to whatever your chosen DAW is. Whether you wish to live stream a mixing session or you are performing and wish to use Studio One to play backing tracks, Studio One can be seamlessly incorporated into your live streams using the Revelator IO 24's virtual audio streams and OBS Studio. The Revelator IO 24 offers a number of robust routing solutions that can be easily utilized to incorporate Studio One as part of your live streams.
